Leeanne brings a wealth of operational expertise and leadership experience to the Darden Wealth team. With a career that spans over 16 years, she has developed a deep understanding of office operations and marketing, which allows her to effectively oversee the daily functions of the firm, drive operational excellence, and enhance the DWG experience online.

Prior to joining Darden Wealth, Leeanne gained experience in the plumbing and remodeling industry, where she improved operational processes and implemented marketing strategies to enhance the clients experience.  Her ability to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and implement strategic initiatives has made her a valuable asset to the team.

Leeanne holds a degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing from Eastern Michigan University.  She is passionate about building strong, collaborative relationships and creating an environment where both clients and team members can thrive. Outside of work, Leeanne enjoys spending time with her family at their cabin in Reed City, adventures that include wineries and rock hunting, antique & thrift shopping, and playing all types of games - her latest obsession being Farkle!
